We pick the AI that fits your business.
No single AI is best at everything. The right choice depends on the problem you're solving, what you can spend and how soon you need it. We stay independent of any one AI company, so we can pick the right tool for you instead of the one we signed up for first.
Behind every AI assistant sits an AI model, the engine that reads a question and writes the answer. Claude is made by Anthropic, ChatGPT (the GPT models) by OpenAI, Grok by xAI and Gemini by Google. Open-source models are free for anyone to download, so they can run on a server you control. OpenRouter and Nous Portal are platforms that give you access to many models through one account. The models differ from each other. Some are fast but rougher. Some are slower and more careful. Some cost little to run and others cost more. All of them keep changing, and the rankings shift every few months.
If an agency builds your systems around only one model, you get all of that model's weak spots. You're also stuck when something better comes along. We don't build that way. We work with whichever model is best for you, whether it runs on your own server or comes from a large provider.

We compare four things every time.
01 / cost
Cost.
Some tools are more powerful and more expensive than a simple job needs. A florist who wants order questions answered doesn't need the priciest model. We don't bill you for power you won't use.
02 / speed
Speed.
A customer waiting for an answer doesn't care how smart the system is if it's slow. For some jobs, such as replying to a website visitor, a fast answer matters most.
03 / accuracy
Accuracy.
When the system handles customer questions or figures, we choose the option that gets them right, even if it costs more or runs slower. A wrong price quoted to a customer is worse than a slow answer.
04 / currency
Staying current.
AI tools improve all the time. We keep track of what changes, so your system doesn't fall behind.

You shouldn't have to think about any of this. That's why you hire us. You should know that we choose on purpose, with your business in mind, and not by defaulting to the company we know best. If a better option comes along next year, we'll move you to it. If your current setup still fits, we'll leave it alone. Either way, you aren't locked in to one AI company.
